How I'm developing...

Fin is growing daily and you can sense and see her development daily. It is amazing to see her grow up before our very eyes...

Finley loves her 'bouncy seat'. She loves grabbing the frog toy in the middle because it plays a Nursery Rhyme that only Taylor knows... 5 little speckled frogs, sittin' on a speckled log, eating some most delicious bugs, Yum Yum, and on and on. Cute song. I go to bed singing it.

Fin has also discovered her legs. She has them in the air most of the time when she's not using them to walk around the house...

Out like a light...

This 'spiky ball' was given to us by our friends, the Hartney's. Their kids loved it and Finley loves it as well. It's funny what kids end up liking...

Whatchu lookin' at Willis?

It's tiring being pretty... and by the way, I DO have a bow to match ANY color scheme that my parents throw my way!

These boots were made for walkin'...

From Finley...
My day is full of great excitement as I poo poo in my pants and sometimes even pee when my diaper is off. I think that's HILARIOUS! My mom and dad do chuckle, but I can sense a bit of tension when it comes to who will get to clean up it all.

Mom and Dad are doing the best they can. They sure do ask a lot of questions about everything and even ask ME questions. I don't talk to them though, but I can talk all right! I babble and such to them just to give them some 'hope' that I am progressing and meeting my 'milestones,' whatever the heck that means. I call this 'baby talk.' When they aren't in the room, I speak Spanish to Bourne and Bauer, our awesome cats that rule the roost. Bourne and Bauer need to realize real quick that there is a new SHERIFF in town. Finley is here and I'm here to STAY!

My hope is to go from laying on my back to up and walking one day. I actually heard that was not ideal because there is so much that I need to learn from crawling... I'm going to Google that news that I heard and find out the truth. Whatever the internet tells me, that's what I believe! Why would I believe a doctor anyhow? What do they know, seriously?

Look at me go...

I wear a bow in my hair on a daily basis... It sometimes makes my neck hurt, but it's often times well worth it.

I have discovered my TONGUE! I am sticking it out and desiring to taste everything that I can grab...

It ain't easy bein' cheesy...

Randomness...

Life has been very full this past week...

Finley is learning to fly just like her Uncle Mike (see pics below) and she is lovin' it too!

(from Finley)... Hey kids out there! Does your mom like to take pictures of your feet and bottom or is mine the only one? I think it's kind of weird and possibly even creepy.

My first time in a Bumbo Seat. It changed my life!

A dear friend of mine from Killeen, Mike Helm, is getting his Pilot's License and he flew to Tyler last week to come and visit me as he was completing his last 2 hours of Cross Country Solo flying. He bought a super sweet plane that sits 4 people... well, actually, it will sit 2 adults and 2 hamsters! The plane is barely used and had that 'new car (plane) smell' in it.

You can actually fly with the hood open up to a certain altitude and speed... Now THAT is air conditioning!

The difference between Men and Boys is the PRICE of their TOYS!!!

Full Week last week and we are starting this week with some rain and temperatures in the 50's / 60's and Usama bin Laden supposedly dead! I need to see the body...
